Tomass Pildegovičs is a strategic communications and international security expert, currently completing his PhD in Politics and International Relations at the University of Cambridge. Tomass has served as a Senior Expert at the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence, as well as a Policy Adviser in the European Parliament, focusing on issues related to foreign interference in democratic processes and hybrid threats. In 2023, Tomass was named Latvia's "Influencer of the Year" for his popular political commentary and educational social media content, including successful collaborations with NATO PDD and the Latvian Armed Forces. Tomass completed his MPhil in Politics and International Relations at the University of Cambridge with Distinction in 2019. He also holds a BA in International Relations with First Class Honors (2018) from the Department of War Studies, King’s College London.
