Paul Schrotti is a Swedish business leader with more than three decades of international industry experience. Until 2024, he was President and CEO of Lindéngruppen, a privately held Swedish industrial group with global holdings in the metals and chemicals sectors. He now serves as chairman, director, and strategic advisor to companies and institutions across Europe and the United States.

Before joining Lindéngruppen, Schrotti served as Executive Vice President at Axel Johnson, one of Sweden’s largest privately held industrial groups. Prior to Axel Johnson, he was a Partner at EQT, where he participated in the firm's development from a regional private equity player into a leading global investment firm. During the first decade of his career, he held various positions at IKEA and Electrolux, focusing primarily on acquisitions and joint ventures in emerging markets.

With extensive experience in corporate governance, Schrotti has served on the boards of companies ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to global industrial corporations. His contributions as a chairman and non-executive director have received international recognition for excellence in corporate governance and board leadership.

Schrotti currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Novation Tech SpA, an Italian-based international industrial group specializing in carbon-fibre and composite components for the automotive and aerospace sectors. He is also a Director of Sennos Inc., a U.S.-based global leader in AI-driven sensing, analytics, and control solutions for the fluid, fermentation, and biomanufacturing sectors. In addition, he serves as Senior Advisor to Keyhaven Capital Partners, a UK-based private equity firm, is a returning guest lecturer at INSEAD, serves on the Board of Färgfabriken, a Swedish foundation for contemporary art and architecture, and is a member of the Advisory Council of the Faculty of Humanities and Theology at Lund University.

Schrotti holds an LL.M. from Uppsala University and the University of Minnesota Law School. He is a graduate of executive programs at Singularity University in Palo Alto and the Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University.
