Kristina Belikova is a Communications Adviser to the President of Lithuania. She specializes in foreign policy and national security communications advice to the President. Kristina played an instrumental role in the preparations for the NATO summit in Vilnius in July 2023. Kristina previously led several communications and public affairs projects in Europe and the United States and worked as a journalist and communications consultant in Brussels and Vilnius. She collaborated with various international organizations including the World Health Organization delegation in Brussels and Freedom House in New York and Washington DC. She is an alumna of the College of Europe and the Free University of Brussels.
